The Newly Elected Provincial of Viet Nam

Sai Gon, 6-24-15 (English Gateway)— On the nativity of Saint John the Baptist, the Dominican Family in Viet Nam gathered in a solemn Holy Mass to thank the Lord for the election of the new prior provincial, Bro. Joseph Nguyen Duc Hoa, O.P..

Bro. Joseph, 77, first profession in 1960, priestly ordination in 1960, is a holder of SThL and MBA.  He was serving his first term as prior of Saint Albert the Great Priory, in Phu Nhuan, Sai Gon, when the 2015 Chapter brothers chose him to the office of provincial.

We wish Bro. Joseph good health and wisdom to lead the Province into the next four year missionary journey.
